The Centre doesn’t only provide rooms, but also appropriate conference room arrangement, a restaurant, bar and lobby. It also ensures a uniform multi-functional space and experienced and polite staff who will facilitate completion of the most complex tasks.
We offer eight modern, multi-functional conference rooms with a total surface of 660 m2 where you can organise meetings for up to 600 people. Every room is fitted with the very latest in sound and lighting systems and top-quality multimedia and conference equipment. Seven rooms are situated on the ground floor; some conference rooms have access to natural light and overlook green areas surrounding the hotel. For those guests who appreciate locations far from hotel bustle, we propose the Van Gogh room situated on the first floor.
Another novel feature is the possibility to freely arrange the rooms depending on the client’s wishes. Multi-module sliding walls can be placed in a way most suitable to your needs. See: tab on conference rooms.
The Conference Centre’s location next to the restaurant is another advantage, as it allows the unfolding of the wall separating the two facilities to create an open space for over 1000 m2! The capacious hotel lobby is also adjacent, with a surface area of 330 m2 which can also serve as an excellent exhibition surface.
Another vital amenity is the unloading ramp situated on the same level, with direct entry to the Centre’s service area. What’s more, we can set up a sub-reception desk in the hotel lobby at your request.
