Invited guests, room arrangements, simultaneous interpretation booths, coffee breaks, microphones – all these elements need to be planned for and executed with clockwork precision.
Conference rooms
Every day we have a different number of rooms!
Thanks to our sliding walls we can freely arrange the space in our Conference Centre. One big or two small rooms, or four small and two big rooms? It all depends on the systems requested by our clients. And a gala in the evening? Then there are no other rooms than one huge ballroom!

We know that good food is an important element of success in the organisation of every meeting. Sensations at the Impresja restaurant stimulate all the senses. The taste, smell and look of our dishes are all thanks to our superb Chef, who fills the space of our restaurant and creates a harmonious atmosphere.
Our dishes are the brush strokes of an artist creating a perfectly complete masterpiece.
Relax, it’s just a conference
There are no two identical meetings.
However, the organisational principles are similar. There is nothing our experienced staff cannot arrange and it’s only a matter of logistics, time and budget. We advise on and relieve our clients of all their problems. All you need to do is tell us about them.
